A Bread Affair supports a variety of charities and causes as a part of being an active member of our B.C. society.

Each week our product is served at Woman's Shelters, Recovery Houses, Soup Kitchens, and to help individual families through our support of the Salvation Army. Our surplus product is fresh frozen and donated to registered charity and not-for-profit organisations. We are proud that we are able to contribute to helping individuals improve their lives.

We support local community groups and have provided one-time donations to local community events such as sponsoring Canada Day in Langley, and to local community groups and churches. If you have an upcoming event and are looking for A Bread Affair to help your group, please submit a request to charity@abreadaffair.com.

A Bread Affair will support all types of community groups, however we have a special interest in local environmental projects, in supporting local agricultural events and natural foods. Our bakery actively supports heirloom seed projects, and the use of only naturally bred plant traits, and mandatory labeling of genetically modified organisms.
